Meet Lauren
Clinical Social Worker, Author and Speaker
A mental health professional who was widowed young, Lauren writes and speaks on grief, resilience, and living well after loss.

A week prior to her 18th wedding anniversary, Lauren lost her 49 year old husband and the father of her two school-age daughters to a massive heart attack. Widowed without warning in the midst of a deadly and isolating pandemic, Lauren's sudden and untimely loss helped shift her perspective on life. As she coped with her own grief, Lauren started writing and felt compelled to share about her experiences along her path of healing. Given her background in mental health, Lauren found she had much to offer to others grappling with grief.
